Guaranteed Flow Systems use fully experienced welders qualified to the highest standards (ASME IX, API 1104, AS 2980) in both carbon steel and stainless steel capabilities for all aspects of pipelines from the smallest diameter to 1200 mm or more.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Size does matter, and we have the skills and ability to be able to take on any size.

Fabricate in our own workshops, 1200mm NB diameter headers formed part of the large scale project recently undertaken to manufacture new headers, wye pieces and 1200 NB inlet connections.

Not stopping there we undertook excavation and sheet piling work around the site, installed new separators and completed the full ‘cut-ins’ into the raw water supply lines during a scheduled 36 hour time window.

All done and done well.
