PIPING OVERVIEW

Carbon steel, stainless steel, MDPE or HDPE, concrete or CLSP, small scale or large scale we can complete the lot.

Fabricated to requirements, or custom designed all work is complete to the highest standards (ASME 1X, API 1104, AS2980). Fusion welding of plastic materials can be completed in-house or on-site.

Pipework can be pre-spooled in one of our two workshops (carbon or stainless) or if required completed on site to ensure a perfect fit around and between existing installations.

STEEL

Guaranteed Flow Systems use fully experienced welders qualified to the highest standards (ASME IX, API 1104, AS 2980) in both carbon steel and stainless steel capabilities for all aspects of pipelines from the smallest diameter to 1200 mm or more.

PE

Guaranteed Flow Systems has personnel qualified and experienced to carry out electro fusion welding, for joining MDPE, HDPE and other plastic pipes. CPL with its certified operators provides safe, quality operations.
